Rise Beyond the Fence: Evolve’s Transformational Leadership Event

On April 2nd, 2025, Evolve – A Women Entrepreneur Association – hosted a powerful, full-day leadership and growth event at AJ Grand Elite Hotel, Yekkur, Mangalore. The event was led by Kathiravan M Pethi (Kadri), a Guinness World Record holder, international speech contest winner, renowned leadership and speech coach, and founder of Kadri Leadership Academy. With his dynamic presence and deep insights, Kathiravan inspired participants to step out of their comfort zones and into a space of bold action and self-belief.

Dressed in vibrant Evolve jerseys, members engaged in a series of thoughtfully curated activities designed to spark creativity, build trust, and promote collaboration.
