Who We Are

Encourage and Equip Women Entrepreneurs

EVOLVE, a Women Entrepreneur association registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, started its journey when eight women entrepreneurs from different business backgrounds came together after recognizing the need for a platform for women to develop entrepreneurial skills, build their knowledge in all aspects of business while also creating a peer to peer support group for women in business.

Evolve as officially inaugurated on 19th,November 2020 at Ocean Pearl, Mangalore with the eight founder members Divya D’Souza, Vathika Pai, Nandita Aroor Rao, Amrutha Nayak, Raksha Bhat, Mariam Mohiudeen, Sushma Rao and Jayashree Rathihalli who have been an integral part of laying the foundation and structure to the association which has now grown to 30 plus members with registered business entities and has built strong associations with other noteworthy trade associations like KCCI, Mangalore and UBUNTU CONSORTIUM and the Women’s Executive Committee of FKCCI , Bangalore

Structure and Functioning

EVOLVE functions with a set of elected office bearers, Core members and committees. Office Bearers comprising of President, Vice – President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer work along with its core members in planning and executing the programmes / meetings for its members.

EVOLVE conducts a monthly meet which is structured to discuss the ongoing progress and requirements of the association with its members,and most importantly to educate and enable its members on various aspects and dimensions of business development by engaging expert resource persons. EVOLVE also aims at organising special programmes and events for the benefit of women entrepreneurs.

EVOLVE also takes interest in providing exposure and opportunities to its members to be a part of several other welfare programs, trade fairs, seminars and conferences happening around the world.
