EVOLVE’s Annual Business Conclave : BizInsight 2026
The Women Entrepreneurs Association, Evolve, marked its 5th year with a truly spectacular 3rd Annual Business Conclave – “Biz Insight 2026” at Ocean Pearl, Mangaluru, bringing together an extraordinary gathering of Industry Leaders, Women Entrepreneurs, Association Heads, Policymakers, MSME Founders, and Aspiring Businesswomen for an engaging, insightful, and future-focused dialogue.
Recognized as the definitive voice of women entrepreneurs in Mangaluru, EVOLVE has grown fivefold in just five years, emerging as Coastal Karnataka’s leading platform for women-led businesses, startup growth, leadership development, and business networking.
The high-impact conclave featured an inspiring panel discussion with prominent business leaders including Bimba Manoj (Garodi Steel Corporation), Dion Monterio (Rohan corporation), Roopalaxmi Pedamale (NCR Atleos Corporation), Shashir Shetty (Niveus, part of NTT Data), and Shriya Shetty (Chef and founder, BuCo), expertly moderated by CA M. N. Pai. Conversations revolved around Innovation, Digital Transformation, Global Scalability, Mentorship, and Positioning Mangaluru as a globally recognized business hub.
Speakers emphasized that while businesses may be locally rooted, they can be globally relevant in today’s digital economy. From leveraging Instagram for lead generation to tapping into incubation centers and government schemes for women entrepreneurs, the session delivered practical, actionable insights for startups and scaling enterprises alike.
Adding a refreshing twist, popular influencer Dhiraj Shetty Mijar aka Dhirappan presented a unique management session blending humor with strategy. His message was clear: Unlearn, Adapt, Embrace AI, Strengthen Brand Storytelling, and Build meaningful collaborations to scale successfully.
Honorable Speaker of Karnataka State Legislative Assembly Mr. U. T. Khader applauded the association’s vision in elevating the city’s entrepreneurial stature.
MLA Vedavyas Kamath acknowledged EVOLVE’s role in being a Voice of Women Entrepreneurs in Mangaluru.
With leading associations including CII, CREDAI, KCCI, YI, and BNI represented, the event reinforced a shared commitment to collaborative growth and strengthening Mangaluru’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Led by President Amruta Nayak, the efforts put in by Vice President – Glancy Fernandes, Secretary – Nanditha Aroor Rao, Joint Secretary – Yashoda Prabhu and Treasurer – Poornima Shetty were key to making this event a great success.
