On 16th July 2026, EVOLVE – Mangalore’s First Registered Women Entrepreneurs’ Association successfully hosted The Entrepreneur’s EDGE, an inspiring session designed to help women entrepreneurs strengthen their professional presence and personal brand.
The event brought together women entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, creating an atmosphere of learning, networking, and meaningful connections. The enthusiastic participation and interactive discussions made the session both engaging and impactful.

The session was conducted by renowned personality development expert Dr. Malini Hebbar, who shared valuable insights on the importance of Appearance, Behavior and Communication in today’s competitive business environment. Through practical examples and engaging interactions, participants gained actionable strategies to project confidence, build credibility, and communicate with impact.
The event was graced by Ms. Shilpa Ganesh—Film Producer, Hotelier, Interior Designer, and Singer—as the Chief Guest. A candid interview with Ms. Shilpa Ganesh, conducted by Emcee & RJ Anurag, offered the audience inspiring insights into her entrepreneurial and creative journey.
President Glancy Fernandes warmly welcomed the new members to the EVOLVE family. They were invited on stage to introduce themselves and were presented with the EVOLVE Badge and EVOLVE Diary by the Association’s Past Presidents, marking the beginning of their journey with EVOLVE.
Guests and visitors were also warmly welcomed and introduced themselves, creating opportunities for meaningful networking and new connections.
