The 5th Annual General Meeting of EVOLVE was a memorable milestone, reflecting the association’s commitment to transparency, leadership, and growth. It marked the successful conclusion of an inspiring 2025–26 term and the beginning of a new chapter of leadership.
The outgoing Office Bearers—President: Amrutha Nayak, Vice President: Glancy Fernandes, Secretary: Nanditha Aroor Rao, Joint Secretary: Yashoda Prabhu, and Treasurer: Poornima Shetty—were acknowledged and appreciated for their dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the association over the past year.
Secretary Nanditha Aroor Rao presented the Annual Report for 2025–26, highlighting a year of growth, visibility, recognition, and meaningful contributions by EVOLVE members across business and community platforms.
The year witnessed several noteworthy achievements by members. Vathika Pai was invited as a panelist at the ET NOW Business Conclave & Awards, where fellow members Preeti Nayak and Sonali Mallya were also honored. Vathika Pai, Preeti Nayak, and Roopashree Shenoy were recognized by Radio Mirchi during its Navratri celebrations. On International Women’s Day 2026, Sonali Mallya received the Award for Excellence from IRA for Women.
EVOLVE was also represented at a historic leadership milestone when Divya D’Souza attended the installation ceremony of Uma Reddy, who became the first woman President of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) in its 108-year history.
Adding to the association’s proud achievements, EVOLVE was honored by FKCCI for its outstanding contribution to women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship. The award, received by Divya D’Souza on behalf of the association, reflected the collective efforts, dedication, and accomplishments of the entire EVOLVE community.
Treasurer Poornima Shetty presented the Financial Report for 2025–26, which reflected another financially healthy and stable year for the association.
The meeting then proceeded to the election process, ably presided over by Advocate Sumangala. As part of the natural progression of leadership, Glancy Fernandes assumed the role of President and Nanditha Aroor Rao took over as Vice President. Mariam Moinuddin, Vaishnavi Pandit, and Yashoda Prabhu were unanimously elected as Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Treasurer, respectively.
Marking a first for the association, the newly elected Office Bearers were presented with badges symbolizing their respective roles and responsibilities.
Outgoing President Amrutha Nayak shared heartfelt reflections on a rewarding year, followed by inspiring addresses from incoming President Glancy Fernandes and the newly elected Office Bearers. The occasion also welcomed the new Core Team members, reinforcing EVOLVE’s commitment to collaborative leadership and continued growth.
The AGM concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Nanditha Aroor Rao, after which members enjoyed fellowship and meaningful conversations over hi-tea, celebrating the achievements of the past year while looking forward to an exciting journey ahead.
